As our Damariscotta Lake Watershed Manager, Patricia is responsible for water quality monitoring, education and outreach, and other programmatic priorities in and around Damariscotta Lake, and has piloted several strategic partnerships and new initiatives to expand our impact. As our Water Team Lead, she also helps coordinate overall water team activities.

Patricia hails from Michigan, where she fell in love with aquatic ecology. While in graduate school, she became interested in community engagement and science communication. She is grateful that her work encompasses her passion for working with the community and aquatic systems. She joined Midcoast Conservancy after completing her Masters of Science in Fisheries at Purdue University, first as a Maine Conservation Corps volunteer.
