Fall 2024 - The Gratitude Issue

Not everyone is so privileged or fortunate to be introduced or thrown into a beautiful, unfettered landscape but it seems clear to me that the land, the natural world–even a smidgen of it–speaks to us and moves through us. Turtle Pond, Deer Creek, the Current River, Escalante, the Sheepscot Headwaters, for each of these places I have immense gratitude, and yes, love.   - Buck O’Herin, Board President
