Join us for our Wednesday Wanders guided hike series to explore Midcoast Conservancy’s preserves, from the popular destinations to the hidden gems! Maine Conservation Corps members Skye Cahoon and Melanie Collins, along with a team of volunteer naturalists, will lead you on a weekly stroll through the beautiful forests, fields, wetlands, and salt marshes of Midcoast Maine. Throughout the season, we will wander through 20 preserves and along 30 miles of trails at Hidden Valley Nature Center while we observe and learn about the natural world around us.
Bring your Preserve Passport, and visit all the preserves to win a Midcoast Conservancy hat!
Guided hikes happen every Wednesday from May 18th to November 2nd, and are free to attend. Below is the hike schedule for the remainder of the season - please check back prior to any given Wednesday just in case details change. Happy Wandering!
