As the Medomak River Watershed Manager, Morganne helps coordinate our water and land conservation work in the Medomak watershed and beyond.

Morganne grew up right here in Waldoboro on the Goose River and spent much of her childhood running around in the woods with her dog. Her love of rivers and the forest led to a bachelor degree in Biology from New England College in New Hampshire. After college she moved to the Pacific Northwest working for the Forest Service surveying streams and also as a fisheries observer in Alaska, collecting data on commercial fishing vessels. Morganne cares deeply about the working waterfront and is excited to use her community ties combined with her experiences from away to benefit her hometown watershed. Morganne can often be found exploring local trails with her dog, Kraken, in tow.
